Additional Information: Motors Liquidation Claims In response to questions from GMRA members, clarification and additions to GMRA’s notice of January 20th are as follows: The GMRA notice indicated that responses to MLC’s objections to claims could be submitted to MLC’s counsel Weil Gotshal by email. Clarification: A GMRA member who contacted Weil Gotshal Attorney David Griffiths was told that claims’ issues that are not resolved in discussions between the claimant and a Weil Gotshal attorney must be filed with the Court according to the rules noted in the official notice. GMRA can share specifics of the filing process from a member who sent us a detailed account of how he complied with the court rules. To request details of the process, send an email to [email protected]. Note: If you are a claimant but have not received an objection, no action is required at this time.
